He was born in Athens in May 1975.
From 1995 to 2001: He completed his undergraduate studies in the English language Program of the University of Debrecen, Hungary (University Of Debrecen, Faculty of Medicine). Then he completed his military service and the procedure of recognition of his qualifications by the Greek Inter-University Centre for the Recognition of Foreign Qualifications (DIKATSA).
In 2004 he began his 15-month Rural Medical Service in the Regional Medical Office of Leontario, Municipality of Tamasio, Prefecture of Karditsa. In addition, during the same year, he worked as an Instructor at the Public Vocational Training Institute of Karditsa.
2006-2007: he worked as a Resident in General Surgery at the General Hospital of Arta. He then worked as a scientific research Associate and an Assistant Surgeon in the Company Endolaser Medical Inc., as well as at the Private Hospitals “Central Clinic of Athens S.A.'' and'' Eurotherapia-Athenaeum S.A.”
2008-2009: he worked as a Resident of Urology at the General Hospital of Korinthos.
2009-2012: he worked as a Resident of Urology at the “Evangelismos” General Hospital of Athens.
2012 : He acquired the title of Fellow of European Board of Urology (F.E.B.U.).
Since 2011 he has been a PhD candidate at the School of Medicine of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
In 2012 he was selected to participate in the ISUD Urotour program 2012, visiting the Urology Clinic of the University Hospital of Bern in Switzerland (Urologische Universitätklinik, Inselspital, Universitätspital Bern).
Since 2013 and for 4 years he worked as consultant urologist in Klinikum Ansbach in Bavaria of Germany. Then as a memeber of medical council of Baden Württemberg Germany he worked as consultant urologist in urology department of Siloah St. Trudpert klinikum in Pforzheim, which is a recognised Center of minimal invasive and robotic urologic Surgery. He participated as instuctor in the endourological hands on trainining workoshops (Workshop Endourologie) in collaboration with Richard Wolf Company in Knittlingen Germany.
In 2018 he was trained in Da Vinci robotic urological surgery in University of Aalborg in Denmark. Additionally in the same year he attended the Da Vinci Robotic Surgery Training Programm of Freeman Hospital in Newcastle U.K.. Within the context of continuing education, he has attended and participated with paper presentations in various international and Greek conferences. He is a member of Baden Württemberg medical council, as well as member of greek and european urological society. Besides Greek, he also speaks English, German, Italian and Hungarian.
