The participants cope with the problem on their computers and each one answers to the questions separately. Once done, their answers are processed so that the moderators can comment on them the next morning. It should be pointed out that each participant has his/her own e-notebook and even when coming back they can see their performance and errors (participants always bring their computer with them).  

Nocturia is a urological symptom torturing many men, even after prostate surgery. It interrupts sleep, while both patients and their partners wake up feeling tired. The Urologist is called to provide solution to the problem. Our knowledge, however, both on Sleep Physiology and the aetiopathogenesis of the problem is limited. Therapeutic management is also difficult. Three (3) experts solve the mysteries of sleep and nocturia. 

18 months ago, ISUD took the initiative to set up a group of Greek Urologists, based on their presence in international literature upon the issue. They worked for one year in order to present within the context of a specially organized event evidence-based recommendations for the treatment of patients suffering from 2 conditions that often co-exist: prostate hypertrophy/hyperplasia and erectile dysfunction. The overall work of the group has been recorded in a book. The final positions of the Consensus Group will be presented in this workshop.
